The Superior Express -

The Superior High School cross country team competed at the Fillmore Central Invitational, Thursday. The races were run over the Hiden Hills Country Club course. The Wildcat harriers competed at the Fanklin Invitational Tuesday. Race results were unavailable at press time.

Colten Butler took third place honors in the 5K junior varsity race with his time of 20:34.18. Kash Wenske followed on his heels in fourth place with his time of 20:37.63. There were 47 runners in the field.

Rebecca Tadeo finished in seventh place in the girls 5K junior varsity race with her time of 27:58.11.

Tenley Siebecker finished in 32nd place in the middle school girls race. Bella Henderson finished in 45th place. There were 73 runners entered.

The Superior High School 2022 varsity cross country team runners are (from left) Kash Wenske, Rebecca Tadeo and Colten Butler. Tadeo-Perez placed seventh in the 5K junior varsity race. Butler placed third in the 5K junior varsity race while Wenske took fourth place honors.
