Brodstone lifts mandates; COVID transmission rate drops to moderate

Masking mandates lifted at Brodstone Healthcare

October 6, 2022

In compliance with the most recent CDC masking guidelines, Brodstone Healthcare is no longer requiring masks to be worn within the hospital and Brodstone Family Medical Center locations. This applies to all patients, visitors and employees regardless of vaccination status. The structure of transmission levels, established by the CDC, are as follows: low, moderate, substantial, and high. The current transmission level in our area is moderate. Should the levels rise to high, Brodstone Healthcare will be required to reinstate the masking requirements. Everyone entering the facilities will still be required to be screened by a greeter.

Brodstone encourages everyone to continue to be vigilant of potential COVID-19 exposures, monitor and report COVID-like symptoms, and stay up-to-date on physical exams and vaccinations. COVID-19 vaccinations are available at Brodstone Healthcare by calling 402-879-3281.
