Carol “Ann” Barnett, 78, of Concordia, died Saturday at the Sunset Nursing Home. She was born March 2, 1944, in Superior to Delbert and Carold Jeppersen. She graduated from Ruskin High School in 1963. Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Concordia Lutheran Church.
