Louis William Brockman of Holiday Island, Arkansas, died Feb. 28, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, March 16, at the Holy Family Catholic Church (28560 State Highway 39, Shell Knob, Missouri 65747).

Contributions may be made to Knights of Columbus, Holy Family Catholic Church, Circle of Life Hospice House or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Louis (known as Louie) is a Lawrence native and the son of Bill and Maggie (Hoelting) Brockman.
