Robert Carl Thompson, known by many as Bob, age 78, a resident of Jewell, Kansas, died Feb. 25, 2023. 

Bob was born in Modesto, California, the son of Lois and Lionel Thompson. Bob was the youngest of four children, having two brothers, Jerry and Edward, and one sister Lorraine.

Bob married the love of his life, Delphine, on Sept. 27, 1975, in Tucson, Arizona. He received his GED while in serving in the United States Air Force, where he served from 1965 to 1971.
