Harold James Topliff, age 76, Jewell, Kansas resident, died April 16, 2023, at the Salina Regional Medical Center. 

Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. today (Thursday, April 20) at Kleppinger Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m.

His funeral will be at 10 a.m., Friday April 21, at the Trinity United Methodist Church, Jewell.

Interment will follow at the Wallace Cemetery, Jewell.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Rebecca Morrison House or to the donor’s choice.
