The regular meeting of the Mankato City Council was called to order by the Mayor, Justin Schoonoveron May 7. Councilmembers present were Sam Becker, Kevin Ost, Stuart Boyles and Rodney Payne. Also present were Anthony Roy, city administrator, Darrell Miller, city attorney, and Sharon McCormick, assistant city clerk.
Visitors present were: Penny Surmeier and Shelby Dennard.
Penny Surmeier asked the council if something could be done about a neighboring property.
