RHHS football wins opener against St. John's, 46-0

The Rock Hills Grizzlies made short work of plucking the feathers of the St.John’s-Tipton Catholic Blujays Friday at Beloit.

Rock Hills needed all of two quarters to score 46 points while holding St. John’s scoreless. The mercy rule was invoked and the Grizzlies had an early arrival back home.

Rock Hills sprinted out to a 30-0 first quarter lead while the Grizzlies defense held the Blujays scoreless on the ground. The Grizzlies added 16 more points in the second quarter and walked off with a two quarter win.

Cooper McDill attempted one pass. Unfortunately it was caught by a St. John’s defender...
