James “Jim” Powell, 77, of Eagar, Arizona died Aug. 10, 2024. Jim was born on Feb. 12, 1947, in Superior, the son of Lyle Dean and Louise Collins Powell, who raised their family on a farm near Mankato.
Jim is survived by his daughter, Tamara (Kurt) Krug of Lawrence, Kansas; his brother, Mahlon (Clarice) Powell of Overland Park; and sisters, Patricia (Jerry) Grout of Mankato, and Kathy Tucker of Junction City.
