Thomas “Tom” Bailey of North Platte died Nov. 8, 2023, at Great Plains Health at the age of 63. Tom was born Dec. 14, 1959, to Cecil and Kathleen Bailey at North Platte where he grew up. After graduating from NPHS in 1978, Tom moved to Philadelphia for a while then returned to North Platte. He worked at Cash-Wa Distributing then hired on with the Union Pacific Railroad and retired as an engineer.
