Wood chips fly into the air as Tim Crowl cuts through a Cottonwood tree stump with a 48-inch chain saw. The alarm sounded indicating a 35 ton crane was overloaded when workman tried to pull the stump out of Lost Creek in one piece. (A cranes' pulling power diminishes as it extends horizontally.) The stump was partially buried in mud.
