Members of the Jared Shroyer family (left) and Cheryl and Carl Mohler join a wagon full of people for the first horse drawn wagon ride through Candy Cane Lane, Friday evening. Two horse drawn wagons provided the transportation. Both teams were owned by a young man from Polk, Neb. He said, "This time of year I crisscross Nebraska providing rides." He also provided a wagon which he had built. The second wagon was owned by Jerry Mousel.
