Ogdan Norman Greene left Oswego County, New York, and moved to Lincoln County, Kan., in 1871. His great-great-great-great-granddaughters, Sadie and Kinley Greene of rural Jewell are the eighth generation of the Greene family to be involved in agriculture in Kansas. The girls live on a farm homesteaded by another of their four great grandfathers, Smith Hann.
