Thursday at approximately 1:30 p.m., the Jewell County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant in the 400 Block of S. Clinton St. in Mankato. During the search, officers located methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia in a residence. As a result, a 51-year-old Mankato man was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, distribution of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, distribution of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Investigation in this case is still ongoing.
