Mary Jo Fairall, 87, died Dec, 20, 2020 of COVID pneumonia.

Mary Jo was born on Feb. 19, 1933, near Hardy, to Wilbur and Blanche (Calder) Bjorling. She had two brothers, Frederick and Edward, who all grew up on the farm near Hardy and graduated from Superior High School.

At 17 she went to nurses training at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago. After graduating as a registered nurse, she moved to California where she met

Richard S. Fairall. She worked as a registered nurse for 40 years. Richard

died in July 2018.
