The fourth annual Harvest Moon Gala is slated to be held Saturday at the Superior Auditorium. The evening will consist of a silent auction, social hour, dinner, live auction and live music. New to the event this year, an early VIP access experience will be hosted for a select number of participants who purchased VIP tickets.
For those not attending the Gala in person, silent auction bidding can be done by texting hmg2021 to 243725 or by visiting http://www.bidpal.net/HMG2021 and signing up for an account. The process is simple and takes only a few minutes. If you have an account from the Gala last year, you can use the same account login. It will require a bidder to put their contact information in, which allows for easy access to bidding and check out. Once you are logged in, bidding can start! Your device will notify you if you have been outbid or won the item at the end of the evening. This year the committee has decided to shift the focus from chemotherapy treatment to early detection. Proceeds from the 2021 Harvest Moon Gala will go towards the enhancement of 3D Mammography at Brodstone. This updated technology will combine earlier breast cancer detection along with the improved comfort of the SmartCurve system. It continues to be their number one goal at Brodstone to give patients the best care possible in a safe and comfortable environment.
