In keeping with an early August tradition began in the 1950s, several Superior businesses will be holding Sidewalk Sales on Saturday. Their advertisements are available on Page 3 of this newspaper issue.
The following Saturday will be Superior’s second community-wide garage sale of 2022.
The event is sponsored by The Superior Express and the next issue will contain a description of what will be offered throughout the town.
Each registered location will be marked with a 2022 sign printed on blue paper.
Residents planning on holding a sale are asked to bring their listing to the newspaper office before Monday. The office will be open regular Saturday hours from 9 a.m. to noon.
In a time when many weekly newspaper offices are open four days or so per week, The Superior Express continues to maintain hours Monday through Saturday.
