The Superior City Council met briefly Monday evening and removed an obstacle that has been blocking a business expansion. The council passed on the third and final reading an ordinance change that will allow the operation of sandblasting businesses in areas of the community that are zoned for heavy industry. Previously sandblasting was not permitted within the confines of the city.
