The South Central USD 5 Red Raiders cross country team competed at the Fillmroe Central Invitational run over the 5K Hidden Hills Country Club course at Geneva Thursday. The Red Raiders competed at the Adams Central Invitational at Hastings Tuesday with match results unavailable at press time.

Rowan Jarosik brought home the fourth place medal with his time of 17:36. He was competing against some of the top runners in the state. Sean Heaton took 65th with the time of 22:25.

Cassidy Heaton finished in 51st place in her first cross country race with the time of 36:49.

The Red Raiders compete at the Thayer Central Invitational at Hebron today (Thursday).The team competes at the University of Nebraska-Kearney Invitational Monday. The race is being run over the Kearney Country Club course.
