Valerian (Val) Kucera died Monday at Brodstone Healthcare Hospital in Superior. A family graveside service and burial will be held at 2 p.m. at the Guide Rock cemetery Friday, Sept. 30.
Williams Funeral Home, Red Cloud, is in charge of arrangements.
