Delbert E. Mendenhall, 75, died Sunday, Sept. 25, at his home in Formoso. He was born on Sept. 13, 1947, in Concordia to Everett T. and Frances V. (Burch) Mendenhall, Sr.

Delbert attended Concordia schools. He worked numerous jobs in the Concordia area including C&E, Levendofsky Dairy, ABB Raymond, Mendenhall Tree Service and Mendenhall Farms. Delbert never knew a stranger and enjoyed working outside. He often helped his brother-in-law, Mike, build fence and cut trees.
