The Jewell Apartments Board of Directors met Monday, Nov. 7, at City Hall.

Attending the meeting were Darrell Bohnert, Max Burks, Josh Burks, Gaye Daniels, Derek Birdsell, Jacque Williams and Kristie Anderson, city clerk.

Darrell Bohnert called the meeting to order.

Jacque submitted her report of occupancy and monthly correspondence. Jacque talked about a couple interested in renting a room. Jacque mentioned the lights out front are fixed. Jacque also said the fire wet system got fixed for the requirements for HUD.
