Sharon Kay John, the daughter of Donnell T. and Gertrude I. (Hunt) Holeman, was born on Jan. 2, 1942, in Loup City, Neb. She died Nov. 14, 2022, at her home at the age of 80 years, 10 months, 12 days.

Sharon attended Country East Side Dist. No. 11 grade school in Arcadia, graduating from Arcadia High School. She was married to Robert L. John on June 25, 1961, at Arcadia. Four daughters were born to this union.

Sharon enjoyed bird watching, quilting, sewing, baking, puzzles and games. She loved Jesus and was a strong prayer warrior for family and friends. She will be dearly missed by tho...
