Santa came to visit children in the Nelson Community on Sunday. Children decorated cookies and wrote letters to Santa while drinking hot chocolate and eating a cinnamon rolls as they waited for Santa to arrive. Approximately 25 children visited Santa, Sunday in Nelson. Pictured (from left) are Blaine, Miles, Blayke and Nash Schroer. Maddy, Hallie and Dillon Laughlin, the children of Dan and Selena Laughlin, visit with Santa in Lawrence.
Santa visited Lawrence on Sunday arriving on the back of a fire truck driven by the Lawrence Volunteer Fire Department. He took pictures with more than 50 youngsters and handed out goodie bags at the Lawrence American Legion. The youngsters were able to decorate homemade sugar cookies donated by Lisa Kathman.
