Superior's October sales up 19.3%

This week many Nebraska business firms will be filing their December sales tax reports as the last day to do so without penalty is Friday. And the Nebraska Department of Revenue has released a statewide report of sales for the month of October.

October appears to have been a good month for many Nuckolls County businesses. When compared to the previous year, sales were up 12.1 percent from $3.24 million to more than $3.63 million. They were even better for Superior based businesses. Those businesses report a sales increase of 19.3 percent rising from $2.07 million to nearly 2.5 million.
