The first weeks of the 2023 Nebraska legislative session are complete. The early session is shaping up to be one of the most promising we’ve had on a number of issues.

Sen. Albrecht has introduced a great piece of legislation to ban abortion after six weeks of gestation. I am proud to be a co-sponsor of this legislation. Sen. Brewer has introduced LB 77 on constitutional carry. I am also proud to have co-sponsored this bill and will fight for its passage on the floor.

Sen. Linehan has brought legislation to give parents a choice in what school is best for their child’s education.
