JoAnn Rothchild, 78, died Monday, Jan. 30, 2023, at Broadstone Healthcare in Superior, Nebraska.

JoAnn was born May 22, 1944, in Nelson, Nebraska to the late Myrtle and George Stierwalt. She was the youngest of seven children. Three brothers, Danny, George (Bug) and Max Stierwalt preceded her in death. JoAnn graduated from Ruskin High School in 1962, and Southeast Community College in Lincoln, Nebraska with a degree as a dietary technician in 1995.
