According to Nuckolls County treasurer, Tami Sharp, the delinquent taxpayer’s list that appeared in The Nuckolls County Locomotive-Gazette on Feb. 2, 9 and 16 and in The Superior Express on Feb. 16, means those taxes are up for sale.

Sharp said the deadline for paying these taxes will be before 10 a.m., March 6, 2023 in order to avoid the tax lien that will be created if a private investor purchases the delinquent taxes.
