We started working on our old house and met the new neighbors to the north. They are nice folks. Pam even brought me flowers for Valentine’s Day. Her son, Kenny, has been helping George get the ancient appliances out of the basement. There is a washer, dryer, furnace and two ringer washers, none of which fit up the stairwell, so there is no telling how long they have been there.

We have big plans for the little house and hope to give the ol’ gal a new lease on life. The idea is to sell her to help fund our progress in the money pit. We have so many memories in that little hous...
