Charles "Chuck" E. Persinger, Sr., 74, of Beatrice died Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023, at Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center. He was born Aug. 12, 1948, in Superior. Chuck was a hard worker and worked for more than 25 years on government contracts as a ration man on several Army bases. He was a thrill seeker who enjoyed amusement parks, casinos, dogs and especially his family and grandchildren.
