Ted Edwin Delka Jr, 61, the son of Myrtie J. (Bailey) and Ted Edwin Delka, was born March 17, 1961, at Red Cloud. Ted died peacefully surrounded by his family at his home in Guide Rock, on Feb. 16, 2023.

Ted grew up in the Guide Rock community and received his formal education attending the Guide Rock schools, graduating with the Class of 1979.
