Robert Lee Young, the son of Clifford and Josephine (Maruska) Young, was born on July 4, 1937, in Superior, Nebraska. He died on Feb. 20, 2023 at the Harvard Rest Haven at Harvard, Nebraska the age of 85 years, 7 months, 16 days.

Bob attended the schools in Superior, graduating from Superior High School. He was a 60-year member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and 5 years at St. Cecilia in Hastings.
