President Ortman presented a check to the Jewell County Community Foundation for a donation of $9,894 towards the March Match Month, on Thursday, March 22. On Thursday, March 22, Jason Ortman, Mankato Chamber of Commerce president, presented a donation of $500 to Marlene Brown, president of the Mankato Garden Club. President Ortman also presented a check to the Jewell County Community Foundation for a donation of $9,894 towards the March Match Month. Receiving the donation were Jewell County Community Foundation board members Trevor Elkins, Brian Shulda, and the JCCF coordinator, Kyra Lampe. March is Match Month for the foundation.
