Frank Arlan Folsom, age 73, Jewell, Kansas resident, died March 24, 2023. Frank went by Arlan. He was the son of Frank and Thelma (Burns) Folsom. He was born on Aug. 14, 1949, at Beloit. Arlan married Elva (Novak) on May 9, 1970, in Haddam, Kansas. To the union was a son, Frank Shane Folsom, was born.

Most of Arlan’s adult life was spent tuning pianos. He enjoyed playing the guitar and singing in bands throughout the years.
