Francis Dale Willmeth, age 80, Jewell, Kansas resident, died March 14, 2023, at the Jewell County Hospital, Mankato. He was born on Aug. 1, 1942, to Phyllis and Francis Willmeth.

Francis went by Dale. He graduated from Smith Center High School and was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Dale enjoyed many hobbies during his life including singing barbershop, collecting and selling baseball cards and coins, raising quail and ducks and gardening. He was generous with the produce from his garden and with his volunteer time.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents.
