The Jewell Apartments Board of Directors met Monday, April 3, at City Hall.

Attending the meeting were Darrell Bohnert, Josh Burks, Max Burks, Gaye Daniels, Derek Birdsell, Jacque Williams and Kristie Anderson.

Darrell Bohnert called the meeting to order.

Jacque submitted her report of occupancy and monthly correspondence. Jacque said HUD represntatives are coming April 13, for the annual inspection. Jacque also mentioned that tenants are asking when the north door is going to be an automatic door. Derek said he would get the parts ordered for the north door.

Bills were approved as presented.
