Spring is here and with that the City of Superior is reminding all residents and visitors to observe safe driving strategies on all roadways and particularly in work zones.

Several citizens have recently broached concerns to Superior officals regarding U-turns on city streets in the downtown area. Municipal Code 71.040 states that:
