Big changes are in store for Superior’s City Park. Members of the Superior City Council learned Monday evening the request for a $433,000 grant had been approved. When combined with a contribution from the City of Superior, there will be a pool of about $500,000 which may be used for park projects.  

The top priority will be the construction of a splash pad to be located southwest of the swimming pool.

As the design for the park is finalized, it may be necessary to move current park features.
