Charles Richard Russell, 76, of Beloit, Kansas, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, died April 17, 2023. He was born Dec. 31, 1946, to Carl H. and Dorothy A. (Anderson) Russell in the Concordia Hospital, Concordia, Kansas, the 9th of 10 children.

He attended Courtland Elementary School and graduated from Courtland High School Class of 1965. He attended Beloit Vo-Tech, Beloit, before being drafted into the Army in May 1967.
