Virginia Arlene (Bridwell) Wilde, 79, of Parkers Prairie, Minnesota, died Thursday, April 20, 2023, peacefully surrounded by family.

Virginia was born on April 2, 1944, to Ernest and Blanche Bridwell in Superior. After Virginia graduated from Superior High School in 1962, she went into the workforce.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Blanche Bridwell; paternal grandparents, Edward and Laura Bridwell; maternal grandparents, Soren and AnSophia Olsen; and former husband, Clifford Paul Wilde.

She is survived by her children, Michael (Beth) Wilde, Kevin Wilde, and Michelle (Kenny) Allen; grandchildren, Jennifer (Kirby) Chermak, Stephanie Wilde, Katie (Austen) Wilde Wemmer, Joshua (Alexandra) Wilde, and Jacey Wilde; siblings, Chuck (Sylvia) Bridwell, Robert Bridwell, Sandy (Richard) Thomas, Ed (Deb) Bridwell; along with many nieces and nephews.

Her funeral was held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 24, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Parkers Prairie with the Rev. Kirk Lee officiating. Interment was at Parkers Prairie Cemetery.

Visitation was one hour prior to the service.

Urnbearers were John Barrows, Dick Barrows, Chad Helmick and Carl Vander Vort.
