The Jewell Apartments Board of Directors met Monday, May 1, at City Hall.Attending the meeting were Darrell Bohnert, Josh Burks, Max Burks, Gaye Daniels, Bob Freeman, Derek Birdsell, Jacque Williams and Kristie Anderson.
Jacque submitted her report of occupancy and monthly correspondence. She also gave the HUDS Inspection results. The big hot water tank is needing replaced. It would cost $3,800 from Watts Plumbing and be replaced May 2.
