Marvin S. Harmes, 94, of Chester, Nebraska, died July 3, 2023 at the Courtyard Terrace, Hebron, Nebraska.

Holy child of God, who lived the entirety of his life on earth in loving kindness, with joyfulness, as a man of great integrity and unyielding sincerity.

Marvin committed his life in humble service to God and lead by example at St. John's Lutheran Church in Chester, Nebraska as usher, trustee, elder and Sunday School superintendent.
