The Annual Surf & Turf golf tournament was held over the weekend. The two-day tournament started in Lawrence on Saturday and finished with 18 holes in Nelson on Sunday. Fifteen 3-person teams participated.
The winning team was Mike Ostidek, Dave Muff and Cooper Damgard with a total score of 116. Krayton Kucera, Tyson and Toby Kotinek won the tie breaker for second place with a 117. Coming in third was Nathan Rischling, Ben Dunlap and Andy Wisell also shooting 117. With a score of 118, fourth place was Dillon Wolfe, Marcus Miller and Garrett Hofstetter.
The first flight winners were Tim Streff, Jared Neiderklien and Tim Kohmetscher shooting 124. Garret Svoboda, Nathan and Keith Faimon came in second with a 126. The tie breaker placed Kevin Ostdiek, Tom Buescher and Beth Himmelberg in third with a 126. Fourth place went to Greg Pohlmeier, Brad and Brett Kohmetscher golfing a 128. Flag prizes were won by a number of golfers at each course.
