Morgan Fahrquar presided over two Nuckolls County district court sentencings at the county courthouse in Nelson last Wednesday.

Myron Gray, was convicted on two felony counts. Count one was criminal attempt of distribution of a controlled substance, a Class 3 felony. He was convicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, a Class 4 felony. The judge cited Gray’s lengthy criminal history in deeming him an unsuitable candidate for probation.
