SHS junior class wins spirit stick

Cayce Barry and Carsyn Koenig were crowned the 2023 Superior High School homecoming king and queen Friday evening after the varsity football game. Kindergarten attendants were (from left) Blaise Krotzinger, Mason Isaacson, William Hiatt and Ansley Rempe.
The Superior Student Council sponsored a food drive as part of homecoming festivities. All food was donated to the school's backpack program sponsored by the Superior High School Future Business Leaders of America. There were 2,132 items donated.
The junior class won the spirit stick competition by three points over the senior class. The junior class received a surfboard-shaped spirit stick and the opportunity to go to lunch first for the next two months.
