Katrena Dawn Corcoran, the daughter of Michael and Dawn (Havens) Corcoran, was born on Jan. 15, 1988, in Phillipsburg, Kansas. She died Sept. 12, 2023, at the St. Elizabeth's Regional Medical Center at Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 35 years, 7 months, 28 days.

Katrena attended school in Phillipsburg, WaKeeney and Oakley, Kansas. In her high school years, she was active in playing volleyball and basketball.
