Todd was born on Jan. 11, 1966, to Kenneth and Joan (VanBoening) Schiermeyer at Brodstone Memorial Hospital, Superior, Nebraska. Todd graduated from Lawrence High School in 1984. He went right to work with his father at Ken and Al's. In January of 1996, Todd started dating the love of his life. The woman who would stand by his side through thick and thin, Jennifer Lipovsky. They were married on March 15, 1997, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Lawrence. They started a family right away and had Grant Matthew on June 27, 1998, Alexia Renae on Jan. 18, 2000 and Dillon Todd on Feb. 16, 2001. He loved his children with his whole heart and was proud of them. He was excited for them all and the next stages of life they are now entering.

Todd had the ability to make friends and seemed to know someone everywhere he went. He was a hardworking, honest man, that brought up his children with his wife to believe in Christ and follow him. He loved helping his parents and parents-in-law when able. He will be missed every second of everyday for the wonderful caring man he was. His bear hugs that seemed to fix anything will forever be a warm memory.

Some of the things Todd liked to do were; golf, camping, cooking-grilling, boating, time with family, woodworking, cruising in the side by side with family and friends, Big Round Table (one of the founders), watching movies and snuggling with Luna, hunting for recipes and throwing together hash, being in Ainsworth to see the love of his life most weekends, most recently helping plan his son Grant's wedding and finally getting ready to move to Ainsworth to be with Jen every day, a day they had prayed for and waited for more than four years.

Todd was a member of Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, Cattleman Association, was an usher at church, was a co-leader of Cub and Boy Scouts, tee ball coach, Nebraska Petroleum Board, Sandy Creek School Board, and owner of Ken and Al's service station in Fairfield with his wife, Jennifer, since 1995.

Todd is survived by his wife, Jennifer, Ainsworth, Nebraska; sons and daughter-in-law, Grant (Maddie) and Dillon Schiermeyer, Fairfield, Nebraska; daughter, (His Angel) Alexia Schiermeyer, Ainsworth, Nebraska; parents, Ken and Joan Schiermeyer, Lawrence, Nebraska; parents-in-law, David and Nancy Lipovsky, Fairfield, Nebraska; sisters, Jenni (Jeff) Inman, Omaha, Nebraska, Debbie (Tom) VanBoening, Blue Hill; numerous nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers-in-law.

Todd was preceded in death by numerous aunts and uncles; aunt Vivian Wunderlich; and friend, Gene Himmelberg.
