An open house is scheduled for 3 to 5 Saturday afternoon to show off the latest of five planned villa homes being constructed along Superior’s Montana Street.

The homes are part of a private community development program organized by area residents seeking to ease the need for additional housing within the city and promote the growth of the community.

Organization of the housing group was promoted by the Superior 3000 Foundation.

Plans are to construct five similar homes on the east side of Montana, south of Fifteenth Street. The first two have been completed and sold. The third one is now finished and plans are to construct two more.
