The Jewell Apartments Board of Directors met at 7:15 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 4, 2023, at City Hall.

Attending the meeting were Darrell Bohnert, Josh Burks, Max Burks, Derek Birdsell, Gaye Daniels, Bob Freeman, and Jacque Williams, Kristie Anderson.

Jacque submitted her report of occupancy and monthly correspondence. She said one of the north apartments was inspected for termite damage and she was getting bids to treat the apartment building. HUD has inspection changes that the managers are required to update on and HUD is providing a training course in Smith Center for $300 in January. The b...
