The Lawrence-Nelson boys basketball team opened sub-district D-2-2 play at Nelson Tuesday when they took on the winner of Monday’s Dorchester and Harvard game. Should they prevail in this game, they will take on the winner of the Meridian and Red Cloud game today ((Thursday) at Nelson at 7 p.m.
A sweep of sub-district earns the Raiders a place at the district finals and the opportunity to play for a berth at the state championship tournament....
